REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
More than anything we always want you and your pup to be happy!! If you’re not satisfied with any part of your experience on Charmy Pet Box please reach out to us at Charmypetbox@gmail.com and let us help!
We do our very best to inform our customers about all products in the Charmy pet box but we know sometimes something arrives in the mail and for one reason or another, it is not quite what you expected.
If for some reason something we’ve sent you isn’t to your satisfaction we’ll take it back free of charge as long as it’s unused and in unopened condition*, it’s returned within 30 days of purchase and if it’s a consumable it isn’t expired. If a product is broken or defective we will, of course, replace it or offer you a full refund at no charge.

* To be considered unused products must be returned in original packaging without any open bag or missing stickers.
